New Medical Technologies Foundation "Aires" is a non-profit company founded in 1998. Integration of scientific and technical potentials, promoting development of health care, science, culture, and environmental protection is the Foundation's main lines of activity.

When studying for many years the effect of spatially ordered wave packages on a human organism, the phenomenon of efficient normalization of the human organism functional state has been found.

Subsequent researches of the revealed phenomenon have caused the creation of a series of matrix resonators of various types, which work element is a special circular diffraction lattice (CDL) developed by AIRES. As far back as in 2001, the first coherent-transforming resonators were registered with the Ministry of Health and included in the National Register of Medical Products. The whole series of modified analogs thereof has been created since.

AIRES CDLs have properties of synthesized holograms and permit structuring of electromagnetic fields of a wide frequency span, transforming them in the coherent state. These coherently transformed fields are capable of resonance interaction with the structure of a biological organism, generating them. AIRES CDG is a universal catalyst of ordered synthesis of a matter of various types independently on physical parameters thereof, so they can also be used in different spheres of science and engineering.

Analysis of results of physical, physico-chemical, and medico-biological studies aimed at examining the found phenomenon and establishing physical nature of the observed conditions, allowed to define a number of peculiarities inherent in the results under consideration, thus causing the development of the work concept of the effect on an arbitrary biological matter based on resonance and wave nature of super-weak interactions.

A great number of scientific and research works has been carried out in studying the character of the effect the circular diffraction lattices have on biological objects and, in particular, on men. Exclusively interesting results have been obtained that are difficult to explain from the point of view of existing in the traditional medicine positions.

"The concept of universal development and stabilization of human physiological state" developed by AIRES Foundation can be briefly outlined as follows:

• Any material body is a sophisticated dynamic field structure. The nuclei of atoms, holding practically all matter mass, occupy an insignificant part of the volume thereof, while the structure itself is formed and maintained due to interacting external electron shells of atoms, forming this structure.
• Any complex material structure, in particular, a crystal or DNA molecule, is a fractal object. At this, an ideal crystal is a strictly periodic fractal object. Crystal defects of any type (impurities, empty lattice sites etc.) are disturbances of periodicity.
• Biological organism is a hypercluster formation, which structure, especially in the process of forming thereof, is an open self-regulating system. In compliance with the principles of self-organization and open system physics, for the system to pass to forming spatially-organized structures through an external effect, required is this effect reaching a certain critical value thereof. At this, to ensure the system's transfer into a more qualitative state, the target-directed effect is required.
• As any material structure creates a periodic field of chemical links that has an electromagnetic nature and is maintained by the same field, the most adequate agent of external effect should be considered an electromagnetic field also, which consistency defines the structure perfection.
• To manage the self-regulation process, most promising is resonance interaction of the system with the factor of influence, in our case, with its own coherently transformed electromagnetic field. Matched resonance interaction, including both the spatial resonance and resonance of field and matter lattice (cytostructure) vibration frequency, makes for the process of transformation in the direction of perfecting periodicity thereof (defect removal) with the least (optimum) values of energy input. This resonance interaction due to the principle of fractality of a process managing electromagnetic field, is possible not only with the dimensional coincidence of the field and bioform structural parameters, but also with multiple scale similarity thereof. It should be noted that with the resonance interaction it is important above all to ensure accuracy in reaching the resonance conditions and not the intensity of a field, having an effect on the matter, which happens as a result of restructurization and coherent transformation of the object's own radiation with the aid of circular diffraction lattices AIRES.

New Medical Technologies Foundation AIRES has developed the organism functions correction method based on the energy-information resonance interaction with the own coherently transformed electromagnetic radiation.

The method is based on a number of propositions:

• Human organism is both an anatomo-physiological substance, consisting of organs and systems, and a sophisticated multilevel biophysical structure, existing under conditions and to the laws of surrounding space and time, having complex energy-information relations therewith. Universal links between different levels of an organism and ties thereof with the external world participate in all changes that occur in the human organism; and any full-value correction of the organism is possible only considering "failures" thereof at its all levels.
• Stability of the information interrelations in full compliance with the program embedded in the genetic system is an index of the system health. Coherence of intrinsic in the organism vibration processes, including electromagnetic ones, is the index of stability of energy-information opposite-exchange interaction streams.
• Resonance is the main mechanism of the organism interaction with the external and internal media.

Therefore, as of today the actual possibility of a full-scale effect on the whole complex of physiological processes, occurring in the organism, exists, thus allowing not only to reconcile functional rhymes of life support under any pathologic states but also to have an immediate effect on the age degradation with prospective attainment of real positive results. The proposed methods relate to high-tech nano-developments, requiring further elaboration with use of advanced scientific and technical achievements.

The outlines developments have no even rough world analogs thereof, which is confirmed by the RF patents.

This technology can find its efficient implementation within the framework of the RF Program "Nation's Health".

Concept of universal stabilization of hypercomplex of arbitrary type biosystems

The structural and functional unit of any living organism is assumed to be a cell, which is an exceptionally complex system per se. When united, cells form tissues, which constitute organs, which in turn make up physiological systems (of blood circulation, respiration, digestion etc.). The human organism is a system of systems united in performing various functions. To signify such a complex system as the Man, we shall use the term «hypercomplex system». Environment and any natural objects can be treated similarly.

As is well known, the Universe consists of ultimate particles. That hypothesis was first set forth by Democritus in IV BC . However, only as late as the beginning of the 20 th c. a new scientific conception appeared — quantum physics studying the processes in the ultimate particle world. In the micro-world all interactions differ fundamentally from the processes occurring in the usual macro-world described by classical physics, which treats directly measurable systems and objects. However, the nature is indivisible. Everything we see, hear and sense is but a partial manifestation of natural processes we state. Their larger portion remains beyond perception and we can become aware of it only through simulation by creating approximating algorithms of the physical objective reality.

It is opportune to note that every possible radiation of electromagnetic nature that is everywhere around us is also an 'invisible process' of interaction between ultimate particles. However, as soon as we use the necessary physical tools, registering these phenomena, we will face a whole new world of peculiar data. The question rises whether we can control it by arbitrarily simulating necessary structural combinations, without resorting to algorithms that inevitably provoke immense energy spending and in the result cause tremendous harm to the environment and naturally to the human organism. A lot of research in physics, chemistry, biology, and medicine revealed that that task can be solved through the correction of existent interactions, as well as in the form of their direct simulation. Here the so called 'super-weak interactions' come forth, which use the energy not of external sources but of ultimate particles themselves. At the same time a self-organization process occurs, characteristic of both animate and inanimate Nature.

Some important propositions of the universal space theory

Every effort and method of studying any physical process are just different lines of testing and perception of one and the same information construction. Therefore, a certain subjectivism, first of all connected with a methodology and technology, underlying the algorithm of consideration and analysis of a specific process, or the base of creation of a theoretical concept, is found in the comprehension of fundamental laws of existence and evolution of Nature. It is apparent that any technological method projects itself in the shaped final result, while the final models inevitably hold the trace of an algorithm, giving rise to formation thereof.

Some key points of the proposed universal space theory (UST) briefly outlined below assume answers to a series of very important questions, namely: what are the principles, allowing the Universe (Nature) existence as a super-stable organization? What processes inside this system generate such sub-forms as galaxies, stellar systems, planets or matter of various types? What are the conditions of origination and existence of biological objects of different types? Why the construction thereof is of this and not of an alternative type? And most interesting question is: what is primarily in the formation of an active (biological) matter, the simplest forms or the prototype of an extremely sophisticated pattern of opposite interaction, realizing itself as a materialized hypercomplex system of super consciousness?

The AIRES New Medical Technologies Foundation is a non-profit organization established by individuals in 1998 on the basis of voluntary material contributions for the purpose of public benefit. The basis was the scientific technical research carried out in 1991-98 and creation of the concept of the Universal Theory of Space and consequently the principles of structural correction of matter of any type. The structure of the Foundation includes a research center, a medical and biological center and an editorial publishing department. The main activity field of the Foundation is integrating the R&D potential to promote public health development, science and culture, and environment protection.
